| Backup the nam I am looking for any information on running a Definity Prologix as a fully fledged call centre platform. At present I have a definity that is no more that a PABX, but want to bolt some features on such as IVR/Auto Attendant, MI package and CTI capability | ||||||||

The only difference is the size & orientation of the cabinets. As for the feature set have you contacted a business partner?
