CLID and Remote notification

Is it possible that this data block could have been removed. I have noticed that my CPND is not passing and is not showing on TNB's that are run. I went to LD 95 to enter the data and received a SCH2102 code. This translates to "CPND data block does not exist". Can this be turned off in the CDB? Do I have serious data corruption? What package would I look for to verify that I should have this capability?

Help please.....

You know you live in farm country when

Maybe the CPND block has never been programmed.
On a new switch you have to setup new CPND parameters per customer in LD 95 before any names con be entered.
It could probably be outed as well if all the names were deleted first.
