This is going to be posted on the SYMP and MERL board.

... Opt 81c.. RLS 4.5
Situation: cust has M2616/D prog as ACD. They want "Handsfree/Mute" to be activated.

Normally I do not program this way. Are there any side affects

sorry, i am new in this...i have been learning how to program a pbx since two weeks ago... what is a telephone prog as ACD?

In CLS of the phone in question, set HFA. The mute button should work on it's own.

ACD = Automatic Call Distribution aka a call center phone.

It's an office mgr. that has conf with people in her office, but she's attached to the ACD queue. Didn't think that there would be any side affects. The norm would be M2216/M3905 sets. But you know how this business can be
