Location: Sussex, UK Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Blocking caller ID from a Davox Dialer Done in LD11 for digital, LD10 for Analogue. On the set you wish to observe from, ensure it is an ACD phone and give it CLS SPV. Then program a OBV key on to the set. You should now be able to observe the agent.
