Problems with Incoming and outgoing calls

I am working with an 11c with almost up to date software on it!!

But anyway, people are complaining that their calls coming into the site take a long time to ring. And sometimes when they are on site and they dial a number the same thing happens or it goes to a fast busy.

I have had all the telco dial tone checked and they can find no problems with the DID's or the trunks.

Could this be a card issue??

Is this a new report or has this always been going on?

How many DID trunks do they have coming in?

Is it only certain numbers or are all numbers affected?

Post back and we can go from there.

I am having the same problems. Local calls sometimes take a long time to dial out and other times they just go to a fast busy after 5-6 seconds. We have 1 DID trunk coming in and it seems to affect all local numbers. I have not tested any long distance yet.

Go to LD 2 run a traffic study on your route. (or have your vendor do it ) run it for about a week and check peg counts this should lead you in some direction as to what the problem could be. Other than that I would say it is a timing issue. But on an 11C it would be hard to analyze.

BTW, how many loops do you have?
