Personal Diretory - Auto Insert AC1/AC2

Hi Guys,

This sounds like it is something that the phone should be able to do, but I see it doesnt by default.

We have a client that would like to be able to insert the AC1 or AC2 automatically (Or is that automagically!) into the number when redailing.

When an incoming call comes in its saved as 0112357000 and we need the phone to be able to dial 00112357000 if the user pushes redail from the callers list, any suggestions?

Is this not the same as adding a 9 (usual outside access code) in front of the CLID? Our switches do that - I won't say I know how, but ours do it.

If this is not the same thing, what is being requested?

What you are looking for is in the NTP ISDN Primary Rate Interface 553-3001-369_1.00 (or more current) under Features:
Display of Access Prefix on CLID

My only problem is due to using a CLEC, all calls (local and national) come into my switch identified as E164 national, so all the local calling areas show up with 91-NPA-NXX-XXXX with this feature configured - I'm still working on a solution for that one.....

And you can enable it by TN once the RDB and CDB are set up correctly, so older digital phones don't see the codes, but the 3000s do.

Hope this helps,

Wherewolf

If anyone has this working correctly, would you please print your DAPC tables (FTR_DATA) from LD 15 and post them? Maybe I'm missing something....

Thanks
