Rep Power: 0  Gender:  | CLID help Hi, PBX is 11c rls 5 (using SSC card). I have 2 PRI DID. i need to setup a CLID for a specific DID number. e.g, if somebody call 6321243 (it is a DID number terminating at extension) from outside then on terminating extension it should show a name "HelpDesk" on extension screen. currently i made a phantom and pointed that DID (through IDC) to phantom and phantom is DCFW to extension where it should terminate. i gave name to phantom DN in LD 95 as HelpDesk, it is showing helpdesk on ext but with CFW mnemonics with phantom DN and also the CLID from where it came, i need only HelpDesk name to be displayed on extension. | ||||||||
