Exclamation VERY VERY Strange Problem...

Where do I start... This will be a LONG post! Here's my problem...

I have a location that has an 11 Mini with 3 cabinets. The problem is that I cannot get this system to forward to off-site numbers, even though the users can dial the number they are forwarding to directly, the system gives them a reorder tone and drops the call... (edit) I have tried to forward to 9+number, as well as 7910+number (ACOD).. neither of those are working...

I have built phantoms, acdns, and 500's all trying to get this to work... I have had the local Telco on the phone watching the PRI, and he can see my call coming into extension 3594, but doesn't see the system grab another trunk to go out on... This has been ongoing for several months, and I just jumped into it to try and get it fixed...

I've found fixes to numerous problems on this site before, so hopefully someone can assist me on this one... I know this ones a bit tough --- well, at least for me!

First off, here's the way all the 2000 sets are programmed...

I don't see the net_data printed in the CDB. Did you try setting TRNX & EXTT both to yes in LD 15?

It printed out under INT_DATA under the CDB above, and yes, both of them are turned to on.

Is this different than the INT_DATA!?

Sorry your right. I must have breezed by it but the CFO is also a good bet as Yafreeq mentioned.

Nevermind that CFO, CFF should get it to work. I wonder if it has anything to do with the numbers being programmed as MCR. Does it work with sets programmed as SCR?

Do you have another route that you can point the calls over just for testing purposes? And what does it show when you trace it in LD 80, does it go anywhere? The one part I don't like is getting the "all circuits are busy" message. That sounds like telco.

I have 4 other sites varying from 11 Minis, 11Cs, and an 81C, and all the other sites have no problems with the phones being setup as MCR's... We have a Nortel Cert'd contractor that comes to our site twice a week, and even he is dumbfounded as to why it's not working...

I don't have any sets programmed as SCR's, however, if it's not even working on a Phantom, 500, or ACD...

Unfortunately, no... The only route in this switch is to go out the one PRI, otherwise, there's 4 RAN routes, and a MOH route...

I agree that sounds like telco as well, but who knows...

The Telco got Nortel CAS on the phone this morning, and they debugged it and said my PBX is sending their DMS an immediate disconnect, that they aren't even seeing it try to initiate another trunk...

They sent me the debug info for the analog DN that I set up, and this evening, hopefully, they will be able to get back together and troubleshoot more, since they wanted to do it with less PRI traffic going on... I can post the Debug from the DMS if anyone thinks that will help...

Here are a couple of things to check.
Can you answer an incoming call and manually transfer the call to an outside number? This works with the Flexible Trunk to Trunk Transfer feature.
Have you checked for Trunk Barring? The trunk barring feature is programmed in LD 56.
You can read about both features in the Software Feature Guide.
