Anyone out there using CCMM

We're on release 4.5 and using CCMM but there are issues with delivery of emails. Was wondering if anyone else out there has it installed and if you'd be willing to compare installation notes.

I just upgraded to SU04 at multiple sites.

SU04 has some major changes, such as online chat username changes to email address.

Make sure end users have local Admin access on their PC's (Set this before complaining of problems)

PS : i didnt install the CCMM server just the Patches.

So anyway there was data corruption from the SWCP migration and rules that were migrated setting priority levels in the CCMM database. The cache tools was used to scrub the database and reset the priorities to the same value. This "fix" made it possible to retrieve the contacts in chronological order. In other words it was working the way it was built and needed to be adjusted for the desired presentation results.
