CS1000 PLM would like to get a better understanding of what system administration interfaces the global service and support teams are primarily using to interface to the CS1000.

You can help, by identifying what percentage of time you typically use the following CS1000 administration interfaces when performing your CS1000 OA&M related job tasks. A response by March 17, 2008 is appreciated.

People won't use TM or OTM or what ever they decide to call it until it works as a user would expect it to work. Currently they remove/change things without considering what the end user needs/wants.

Our whole INNUA group (Indy) talked to the PLM for TM on a conference call and they just don't get what an end user needs. Some of us even offered to evaluate any new versions but as far as I know none of us were ever contacted.

The tone of the call was basically here is how it is going to work and you should change your procedures to match it. I have heard since then that some of the things we asked for are being implemented but I am not going to hold my breath.

Mainly used for the CDR and Telecom Billing but, even that isn't very intuitive. TM just isn't very user friendly. We never use it for PBX interface. That is just unreal with the bugginess.
