Location: Jacksonville, AR Rep Power: 6 ![]() | CLID on CFWD to External # Not showing We recently had a major communications failure in our building when SBC had lost a pairgair (whatever that is, from what I understand, its a data multiplexer, ANYWAYS). During the outage, our telephone switch was the only telephone system working at the time (everyone else went thru SBC). We did not realize until the next day that we had a problem until the call volume started to pick up and everyone's calls were going out sometimes, and others the switch would give a fast busy. When our local CLEC came out to look at the problem, they said they were "looking at the T1 to see if it was getting any hit." They found that during the outage, one of our two T1's got disabled in the switch (leased line by SBC). Now that I told my story

Location: WNY Rep Power: 6 ![]() | NPR500 E, You need to know the loop # of the T1. In LD 60 STAT # (or just STAT will give you the status of all the DTI/PRI loops). If you see the loop is DSBL you can ENLU # to re-enable it. Look in LD 60 in the NTP's to see the other commands you can use. . . AB
