CALL PILOT Manager login
How would one reset (retrieve) the password on the Call Pilot Manager login page for the server ?

i can remote into the server k_mitch

on the web client i get

If you're getting that error, you either have the wrong mailbox number or password and would need to log into the system with a mailbox number the has admin privileges and reset it that way. If you don't have another admin mailbox you may have to contact Nortel to see if they can back door into it. (Sure that's gonna cost ya a pretty penny though.)
