I own a Norstar M8X24DS Office Phone System. Can this system forward a "live" call to a cell phone. In other words, when I answer the phone instead of transfering the caller to voicemail (startalk) can I transfer it to the cell phone of the person they are calling for?

Only Thing You Can Do Is Conference The Call To That Cell Phone

The best solution to this would be to get "off premise call transfer" from your telephone company. Even if you were able to transfer the call within your system as you describe the sound level would be very low.
