Rep Power: 6  Country:  |  Disable the Callers List and Redial List I have an end user that wants to take away the callers list and redial list from staff (M3903 & M3904 sets). I've removed the CLT & RLT keys from the set but the callers list still shows up when the directory button is pressed. Can someone point me in the right direction please? | ||||||||

Location: Northern Virginia Rep Power: 3 Gender:  Country:  | That is part of the actual phone's options not the programming of the TN. Go to your options on that particular 3900 set and turn off Call list. Options then scroll to Call Log Options then hit select Then scroll to new call indication then press off. then done | ||||||||
