Call Pilot Mini announcements
Hi All

Does anyone know how to create a message on callpilot mini like a announcment in meridian mail.

I am trying to forward a number via ACDN, CDN and PHTM TN to the ACD of callpilot. Then i wanted to create a message advising users that the number has changed.

Your help is appreciated

Build a mailbox for the number in question. Record a temporary greeting
In the mailbox setting
Block Incoming Messages:

Never

Only if the temporary absence greeting is recorded

Always
