Rep Power: 0  Country:  |  Unable to get response from IVR Dear All, Recently I have installed CS1000S with all IP phones and PRI, BRI trunks. Problem Description: When I'm making outgoing call from any IP phone to SP IVR or any system that has menu selection ex. 1 for sales and 2 for Technical. I'm not getting any response, and it will keep playing the same message. I have tried a lot changing the DTMF parameter, dig all the NTPs but without success. Anyone knows if there is any special implementation to send the digits or tones across the PRI, BRI trunks to the far end IVR. Guys its getting hot over here.  | ||||||||
