Proper Narrative Descriptions for EMTs

Hi folks,

I have got simple questions and it is difficult to get answer from Nortel. Maybe some of you can help me.
On PBXs I administrate are used Meridian phones 2616 and others. I have got a possibility to get American version 5216, but I need to know before if it can work with European standards.
If you have experience in this matter please help.

thanks and regards
dominick

Remote virtual agents or work at home for big bucks.

M5000 series of sets are used on Centrex systems (providing business services off a DMS-100) and will not work on a Meridian 1 system.

No experiance here, but I think that the 5216 is a Meridian business set used for digital plexar service from a Nortel CO. These are called "P" phones, and although they look the same, they will not work on the pbx. Someone else????
