| Junior Member | Assigning a direct number in opt 11 I am working with an opt 11 Nortel System. I had moved some phones around and there is also a request to re-assign a direct number from one extension to another. I can remote into the system using Procomm but I am a bit unsure on how to assign an incoming line to an extension. Any help would be great! |

This is the extension i want the number to ring to. | Junior Member  | To just change what ext works on that phone ld 20 chg 2616 4 9 yes key 0 scr xxx (what # you want) key 1 scr xxx (the rollover # you want) <cr> <cr> It looks as though your extension layout is 3xx for their main line (key 0), and 4xx (key 1)for their rollover. |

| Senior Member  | If you are talking about a COT (regular Flat business line - nothing special) trunk ringing on a particular extension, look in the NTP's under LD 14 for the MNDN, ATDN, and NITE entries - this may be what you are looking for. Hope this helps Wherewolf |
