Routing specific number to workaround an issue

Hello guys... I hope someone can help me with this issue. This is getting urgent, since this cellphone's guy is a CFO. This is the scenario:

I have an issue dialing this one particular number... It is a Wireless phone in another area code (service provider: T-Mobile) (814) 218 xxxx. I am getting fast busy when the line is open... if phone is not connected or off, it will send me to voicemail. If I dial from any other site or cellphone, the call will go through.
So it is an issue between our Nortel and that particular T-Mobile number. It worked before until 2 weeks ago.

I've been troubleshooting with MCI (our LD carrier)... They already traced the call and they say the call is being processed right... It's a D-Channel Progress Message that our Nortel does not like and sends a Release Message. I've checked the TRAC when I dial and I'm getting a PRI232: Progress Indicator not supported... what confirmed MCI's reason. They don't know why that happens, but they say is a Nortel issue.

I go to our vendor. They say, there is nothing that can be done... the problem are the carriers. The only missing part, is TMobile... they cannot give me any info if I do not have the phone and my name is not in the account... (I cannot get this guy's phone... He is a CFO !!! ) The assistan is gonna try to get some troubleshooting with them explaining the situation.

In the mean time... I need to workaround. Since other sites can reach the number... we thought use some kind of digit/call manipulation and send this particular number to another local site and send the call from there. I already have a virtual extension forwarding to the wireless number in one of our Avayas. But i need to program the Nortel to recognize this number and sen it to the local number to be forwarded.

Here is where I need some expertise. I have not worked with routes/manipulation in the Nortel before. So if someone can help me... I'll need the "whole enchilada". I've read about the RLI and the CDP @ the forum... but I just need the exact data to do it... I don't want to mess up the whole dialing plan for everyone.

I know some one out there can and will help me.

Thank you all in advance.

Some more specifics:
I dial that number: 91814218xxxx
My PRI's numbers send as call ID: 203 749 xxxx

Just for grins grab one of the COT's -- either direct select or via butt set -- and try the number does it work of fail?

Is MCI the LD carrier on the COT's as well?

Check out a new patch that may fix your problem. The readme says this may be affecting more of us as it goes along because cell providers are sending this 0A progress message. This patch talks about D250 protocol and carrier-provided LD authcodes, but YMMV.

The patch came out 1/28/08 and is listed as LTD release.

MPLR24454_CPP_04.50W: PRI232 from Progress Indicator # 10 Delay in Response at Called Interface
