ISDN BRI on a MICS help needed

I RECENTLY HAD A POST IN REFERENCE TO TRBL DIALING INTO AN ISP SINCE 25.40B UPGRADE FNF. I ISOLATED TRBL TO CLOCK CONTROLLER 1. I'VE TAKEN REPETITION SLIPS ON ALL T'S SINCE UPGRADE. (PRIMARY AND SECONDARY TRACKING CLOCK 1). I DECIDED TO SWITCH CLOCKS TO SEE IF SLIPS OCCUR WHILE CLOCK 0 IS ACTIVE. INI INI INI INI.... AFTER INI CLOCK 1 REMAINED ACTIVE. SINCE INI FAULTY HARDWARE HAS BEEN TRYING TO RUN IN THE BACKGROUND (OVL111 FHWR 4. I'M TRYING TO STAY LOGGED ON TO PREVENT THIS PROGAM FROM RUNNING UNTIL THIS EVENING WHEN I HAVE A MAINTENANCE WINDOW FOR OUT OF SERVICE WORK. ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS BACKGROUND PROGRAM DOES? COULD IT AFFECT SERVICE? I'VE CHECKED ALL MSDL PORTS. ALL GOOD.

I'm stumped....

Just a thought but you could go to LD 17 & remove all of the entries in the background routines -- at the BKGD prompt (x48 to remove ld 4 -- and the same for the midnights -DROL prompt, until you get your maintenance completed.

Jack

PROBLEM SINCE UPGRADE

THANKS JACK. I CHECKED THAT. LOAD 48 IS NOT IN DROL NOR BKGD. I USED THE COMMAND 'HALT', TO STOP THE BACKGROUND PROGRAM. I'M JUST NOT SURE WHAT THE FAULTY HARDWARE PROGRAM WILL DO. YOU KNOW WHEN THE SWITCH RUNS 45'S IT DISABLES HARDWARE. AFTER THE INI TODAY I KINDA NEED TO HAVE THE REST OF THE DAY EVENT FREE. A CLOCKING PROBLEM CAN CAUSE SOME WEIRD STUFF. YOU READ MY ORIGINAL POST ie. AFTER CONNECTING TO AN ISP YOU'RE DISCONNECTED DURING THE HANDSHAKE.

Sync all PBX's to time server?

do you have the new clock cards and the latest vintage fiji? also looks like there is a firmware upgrade for all fiji shipped before 7-14-03 that just came out

PROBLEM SINCE UPGRADE

FOUND CLOCK CABLES REVERSED ON DUAL PRI CARD. SWAPPED THEM BACK. TESTED OK. WHEN THE SWITCH CAME BACK UP LOOP 2, 3 (DUAL PRI) WAS LEFT DISABLED. CLOCK CABLES WERE REVERSED
