Callpilot: From Access channel to IVR channel

With a Callpilot 703t ....How do you modify a Access Channel to a IVR channel ? (vice-versa) Thx

run config wizard.

check the "switch configuration" box

select the ACCESS channel you wish to change..

under channel allocation make it IVR. then finish the config wizard... this will take the callpilot out of service and you will need to reboot.. dont forget to make the config changes in the CCMS/Symposium to not make them access channels
