Call Pilot channel differences

Does anyone know what are the major differences between a Call Pilot Access Channel and a IVR Channel ?

And can you modify these 2 back and forth without keycodes ? thx

Access channels are used for sccs/ccms integration where the ccms/sccs accesses this channel and plays a specific voice prompt.

Ivr channels are also utilized by ccms/sccs but they only access a specific application defined in the callpilot

and yes you can change them back and forth as needed
