HELP!

I lost my level 2 password! Understand there is a way of password recovery(at cntl pdt level), can some one teach me?

If i ask my vendor, they will charge me a big sum. BTW, i got my level 1 password with me.

We recently had to do this with a switch I inherited that I don't really do much work on, but I needed the 2nd level for something and didn't have it. It didn't cost me a dime to have my vendor have thier 3rd level Nortel techs go in and get it for me. Maybe I was just lucky, but they seemed happy to do it. .. I would check with them before you assume you have to pay big $$ to have them retrieve it.

The company I work for does it for MAINTENENCE coustomers for free as well.

DNIS Routing to Symposium
Our Vendor just did it for us for free also. We don't even have maintenance with them but we buy a lot of equipment from them.
