Rep Power: 0  Country:  | PRI 227 Error I have a customer with an Option 81c that every few minutes gets an error code pri 227. We have been told that there is a patch MPLR21621 that may help, but have been unable to find the patch. Can anyone help. THey are a callcenter and Friday is their busiest day of the year and they are not functioning properly. ANYONE THAT CAN HELP.........PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you!
