Using SPNs to select trunk route?

I need to route calls to certain DID numberswithin an NPA/NXX accross one trunk group and all other numbers within the same NPA/NXX to another trunk group. The way that I am currently accomplishing this requires entering a rather extensive list of SPN's that look like the example below. (I've only included a section of the list). Is there a better way to do this?

In the example below I need to route calls to 1-207-621-38XX (and others with RLI 6) to the "special" trunk group, all other to the normal trunk group.

--------SPN ENTERED-- -RLI-
1207 621 1 2
1207 621 2 2
1207 621 30 2
1207 621 31 2
1207 621 32 2
1207 621 33 2
1207 621 34 2
1207 621 35 2
1207 621 36 2
1207 621 37 2
1207 621 38 6
1207 621 39 6
1207 621 40 2
1207 621 41 2
1207 621 42 2
1207 621 43 2
1207 621 44 6
1207 621 45 2
1207 621 46 6
1207 621 47 6
1207 621 48 2
1207 621 49 2
1207 621 5 2

I guess I would have to first ask why use SPN as you should be able to do all this just by building RLI with a couple entries and using SDRR Deny on first enry and then allow on second...so basically you are saying if they dial that number then instead of using enry zero on RLI 6 it goes down to enry 1 with different route???

You can easily use ARRN.
Something like
SPN 1207
RLI 1 <----- your normal RLI
SDRR ARRN
ARRN 62138
ARLI 6 <----- your special RLI
