Rep Power: 3  Country:  | Yeah, from what I understand this is what needs to be completed. But i getting an error when i hit save and transfer on the sig server. I wanted to make sure i have done nothing wrong before saying "help me, I have a problem" Connect to the VGMC. log in with itgadmin / itgadmin write down Mac Addresses Set Elan / Tlan IP addresses Set the card as a follower or Leader (Follower in this case) Reboot the card (cardReboot) Log into the Sig Server, plug in the information. Hit Save and Transfer. And thats when I get this problem. I am unable to reboot the sig server as the site is 24/7 so I have to schedule an outage window (Dam company policies) See Image:  | ||||||||
