Location: Warsaw, Poland Rep Power: 6 ![]() | DDSL Monitoring Hi I got problem on Symposium server. There is IVR set like OPEN VOICE SESSION PLAY PROMPT WITH LANGUAGE CHINESE VOICE SEGMENT infocenter_greeting_options COLLECT 1 DIGITS INTO option INTER DIGIT TIMER 5 END VOICE SESSION WHERE option EQUALS VALUE 1 : EXECUTE SCRIPT a VALUE 2 : EXECUTE SCRIPT b VALUE 3 : EXECUTE SCRIPT c VALUE 4 : EXECUTE SCRIPT d DEFAULT: EXECUTE SCRIPT e END WHERE fault happends on random basis.Caller can hear voice segment then choose option (press some key) and call is disconnect. Caller tried 3 times - got disconnect, at fourth time gets throu (just example). Not always - from time to time (that's killing) Does anybody have some clues? | ||||||||
