Location: Arizona Rep Power: 6  | OTM Administrator building When I build new users and make them administrators they don't have access to the Telcom Billing reports using the Web client I get the error below... User XXXX has no web reporting access rights to any system with a Telephone Configuration. I've checked the properties over and over. They are built exactly the same. Anyone else have this trouble ? | ||||||||
