Delete by DN

I have a DN(9699) that I wish to assign as a second number to a 2616 phone.

However, it wont assign as it is producing a DN conflict error. It is saying that the DN is already assigned.

I cant find the DN in station admin or CPND.

Is there a way i can remove the DN from the system to free it for use?

As Jack states try just doing a DNB on 9. This also may be an ACOD

Prints a list of all '9' DN's with user names, 9699 is not listed there.

That DN is already used as PLDN (Group hunt), U should choose another DN or first delete group hunt list (LD 1 then FFC code PLDN in LD 57. Then u gets that DN free for use.
