Location: In a Galaxy far, far away... [a.k.a. Tiverton, Ontario (CANADA)] Rep Power: 8  | a new user... We are currently using a program called Kazcomm to access Meridian Mail. For various reasons we cannot renew our licence so we ant to move to another terminal program. Our IT department supports Procomm. I have been tweaking Procomm but I cannot quite get the settings right. Some say that Procomm will not do MerMAil. Is this true? If not does anybody know the correct settings???? I am looking for the correct setting for the these Options: - Terminal Update - Terminal Scroll method - Enquiry type - Enquiry response - Scrollback pages - Terminal size: Rows and Columns ? Keep cursor in view ? Screen scroll ? Strip bit 8 ? Destructive backspace ? Line wrap ? Incoming CR to CR/LF ? Block Cursor ? Disable host printing ? Raw print mode And under Advanced... ? 8 bit mode ? Keypad application mode ? Cursor key application mode - Extended Character set Help!  __________________ Life is far too important to be taken seriously! | ||||||||

Tiverton, Ontario (CANADA)] Rep Power: 8 | Call Pilot Reporter Download Schedule Alas.... the Bell Canad tesch set the MerMail port to VT-320 so VT-100 won't work. I need the other options. I change one option to corrects one thing and it puts something else outa whack.
