CallPilot question about blocking messages

I am blocking messages on a mailbox then transferring the calls to an attendant. Is there a way to get rid of the "Your call is being transferred to an attendant because the owner of this mailbox is not accepting messages." message? If there isn't, I will have to create an application just to make the transfer. Thanks in advance!!

Start creating an application because you can't get rid of that message. The message is ther to warn the caller that the person they are calling cannot take messages at this time.
