Location: Fort Myers, FL Rep Power: 6  Gender:  Country:  | Multiple Call Wait I was wondering if someone could shed some insight on a problem I'm experiencing. (I'm running Call Pilot 1.07) When I double click on Reporter Download Schedule, a little box opens up and says the following: Creating a new system. Please wait..... Then nothing. I'm trying to set up a schedule to run some reports. I'm new to call pilot and have no idea what may be wrong. I've reloaded the software to no avail. On a side note, I just found a database on my PC that lists the latest "events". The database lines read as such: EventID Severity Event Code Time Stamp User Error Description Site Name System Name 1150 2 MAS37503 1057146653 XXXXXXX Unable to add the new system! C:CallPilot Administration Cl XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX Could someone please help? Thanks! Tobias | ||||||||
