Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Incoming ring pause / delay As you can see this is my first post having joined because I have a problem. I apologise if this has been asked before but a search on the above terms did not help me. Problem is this: I have 4 lines coming in to a 6 line CCU - Line 1 started receiving incoming calls which rang just once then stopped. Shortly afterwards the line would ring again normally and would be answered. We thought at first that this was simply the caller hanging up. But on one occasion I picked up the line after it had rung once - and found a caller! We now realise what is happening, though it does not happen on every incoming call. The incoming call rings once, then pauses, then starts ringing normally. Tech Support for our line provider says that this is not a line fault as we do receive every call. Can anyone shed any light on whether this is a Meridian CCU/system fault? Thank you for your time. | ||||||||
