E1 Disconnect

Hi!
Im having trouble with the company's newly installed Nortel Meridian Option11C CS1000. The PBX is a having a consisent problem regarding it's E1 communication to the other plant sites of the company. There's this BUG266, BUG9161, and BUG8990 by which all points to the clock synchronization of both PBXs.
Although the documentation cd states that these cases are mostly minor, it really frustrates me that everytime there is a disconnection between plant sites I always enable the E1 card every now and then.
I've checked the modems of both plant sites and were all ok, all cables were properly terminated.
Any help would be deeply appreciated.
Thanks!

E1 Disconnet Detailed

Hi,
I would like to revise my previous inquiry regarding my posted topic.
I have 3 sites connected with E1 connections.
Site 1 being the main pabx with 3 cabinets about 200 local ines. Site 2 with 1 cabinet having 56 local lines. Site 3 having 1 cabinet and 32 lines.

Site 1 and site 2 is connected through an E1 50 pair copper wire installed about 10 years ago.
Site 1 and site 3 is connected through an E1 50 pair copper wire installed
about 2 years ago.

Problem is the E1 connection of site 1 and site 2 is the one that often disconnects. The basic thing that i would do is check the modem of both sites, but it's ok. So I will disable and enable the E1 cards, that connect both sites. Then, the connection is back to normal. The problem is recurring and I have a hard trying to find out what could be the cause of this disconnection.

Please help, any advice would be appreciated.

Thnak you.
