Rep Power: 6  | Stupid user Tricks I am having problems getting international calls to go through our PRI with BARS. If I send them through our COT trunks first it works but the call doesn't use the PRI. If I dial the ACOD to the PRI directly the call goes through fine. Does anyone have any ideas why it isn't working when I use BARS. The RLI is the same for both the COT route and the PRI route (just the COT route has priority right now). Thanks  Justice | ||||||||

Location: Chicago -- CENTER OF THE UNIVERSE Rep Power: 10 | Mat to OTM 2.0 Premium What happens when the International call goes over the pri, dead air, network intercept, overflow tone from switch? Have you turned on d-channel monitoring to see what your outpulsing? Does this match what you dialed when you used the ACOD? Post back and we can go from there.
