CallPilot Mail Box Acceptance Freaky.....

I call a menu and select 1 or 2 to be sent to a skillset, if after hours, it sends me to a voice mail box. On one call I will enter the mail box and be able to leave a message. If I hang up and hit redial, the call then tells me that I am not a subscriber. I hang up and redial again and you might be able to leave a message. So, one time I AM a subscriber and the next time I many NOT be a subscriber.

What would cause this? I have verified my ACD, CDN, Menu Service in AppBuilder, my voice mail ports are all in service.... I even stopped and started them just to be clean. I don't know what else to do. Thoughts?

Not sure that this really applies but for grins what is your FOPT (CDB NET gate opener) set at?

Is your VM system on the same switch?

I have seen situations with centralized VM systems where remote sites would get a variety of prompts for the same call type due to incorrectly programed alternate routing to VM. (applicable to locations with more than one path to the centralized VM system)

This is a centralized CP but, the terminating number and the two skillsets that come off of the Menu are located in the same site as the CP.

All:
Would putting a TOD block in front of the MS block cause CLID confusion? If so, should I make the menu choices go to the TOD first and then route via TOD to the right skillset?

Just for grins try setting FOPT to 1 or 2 and then test. Any change?

You have a menu selection that goes to TOD then depending on time to express message block right? Does each choice fail? Does it only fail after hours? Does it tell you what number does not subscribe that might have a clue in it.
