Rep Power: 6  | Video conferencing PBX ???? I'm sure there is an easy solution to this that I'm over-looking. A supervisor wants the phones in her department to be able to dial all external calls (local, long distance, etc.) but wants to restrict the phones from RECEIVING any external calls at all. I've done the reverse easily enough but I'm not sure what to do for this proposed set-up. | ||||||||

Give them non Direct Inward Dials... 2. Place the numbers in you IDC table and convert to your operator. Rep Power: 6 | External Calls Thought of changing to non-DID's, but the employees' extensions are already printed and distributed firmwide, so they don't want to change their numbers. Chas - I don't think reverting calls back to the Operator would work. She's swamped as it is and I think she might resent having to field that department's calls. | ||||||||
