understand better the PBX information

Hi All -
From time to time I go into my Symposium scripts and attempt to consolidate and cleanup.
I have one script that I no longer need "Marina", the ACD sets are gone, the CDN is gone, the Master Script Reference is gone, the Skillset is gone, and the Agents are gone - yet - when I attempt to delete the script - the systems states the action failed because the script is referenced by an acticve or pending Parent script.....

What am I doing wrong...

Thanks......

Nothing, perhaps. I have the same problem but with skillsets. Data corruption
However, is your script marked as Secondary and Validated ? If it 's Active, de-activate it and retry, and if you can't de-activated it, look at others scripts if they don't reference it as secondary script.

I have the same problem with my SCCS 3.0 After a reboot of the server, you will be able to delete the scripts and/or skillsets.
