Can this be done with 3903 & 3904??
Secretary is surrounded by 3 "bosses" that she answers the phone for (she has a 3904). If a call comes in for any of the "bosses", it rings on her phone and their phone at the same time. This is the way they wanted it. Sometimes she leaves her desk to take care of things but the "bosses" are unaware that she has left (the 3 "bosses" all have 3903).

The request is to add some "feature" that would alert the "bosses" that she is away and they need to answer the phone call themselves.

anybody know of anything like this? a "feature" on the 61c???

The only thing I can think of is when she is away from her phone that she forwrd her phone to voice mail.
