Configure DN dial to another extension number
Hello All,

I have problem about DN because i would like to configure *3 is automatic call to 6400 (CDN of Voicemail) But, I don't know how to create *3 for automatic call to 64 because I try to create ACD as *3 and set NCFW to 64 is can create but is not working. When I press *3 that i create, the system is display 'Release and try again'.

Even though you can program a ACDN beginning with an (*), it will not work. I suggest you use a 2-digit DN.

Hi Guys,

I try to set MWC = Yes but it still not work. I don't know why it still not work may be it should be more parameter to configure.
