RAN type
I am configuring a call center 11c, someone suggest me the best RYTP(ran type) that can be used, i do have a RAN broadcast pkg and ism.....if u can post the RAN rdb and member printout that will be great!!!

What is the use of RAN Broadcast ism.

When the second caller has to wait (ringback tone provided) untill the first caller finish hearing the RAN message...?
Someone Help me!!

First take a deep breath....there don't you feel beter...

If caller 1 is listening to the RAN message and another caller calls in then they will here the RAN message as well.

Are you using a RAN card like MIRAN?
