Location: Orange County, CA Rep Power: 0  Gender:  Country:   | ACD Phones I just posted about a different problem I'm having with a phone I just built. Here's another problem I'm having. I have a M3904 phone. Key 0 is the ACD queue. Key 1 is the users DN and key 2 is the rollover DN to be used if she is on a call. How do I make it so that when she lifts the handset off the hook, it automatically picks up the DN on key 2 and gives her dial tone? I'd also like it so that if there is an incoming call on DN 2, she can simply lift the received to take the call. Here's a TNB print of the phone. Location: Olympia, WA Rep Power: 6 Country: | I see that your have programmed 7000 on your FDN and HUNT, but your cls is FDN and HTD. If you do not want the call to HUNT to 7000, but rollup on the phone, then you should change your CLS to HTA and make your HUNT 000. Also, if 7000 is your VM DN and you plan on having the phone FDN and HUNT to it, I would suggest giving an ACD DN user voice mail CLS LMPX. | ||||||||
