I2050 Softphone

The I2050 Softphone is completely new to us and we're having trouble getting it to work as an agent phone. We've set it up in Symposium just like we would a 2216 agent phone, but we can't log into it. When you activate the In-Calls key on the softphone it doesn't do anything. The user's DN is on Key 03 and I have the AST set for 00 03. I have the TN aquired in Symposium and the position ID and DN are in the configuration manager. Is there something different I have to do on a softphone configured to work as an agent phone? Maybe you log into it differently than a regular agent phone?

Softphone

Under Settings and Server, the Symposium box needed to be checked on ours. This allowed it to login as an agent.

Your suggestion was right on the money. When I checked the "server" settings, we had not checked the Symposium box. We are able to log in now and are able to move on with our project.
