Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Nortel ACD problem I have an ACD queue and we have problems with people not logging out of the queue. I set the que to rtq nrd. Calls are still just ringing no answer because the phone is not getting logged out by this queue. What else can I check. We are not using Symposium or IVR. We have no ran routes or music on hold. | ||||||||
