Rep Power: 6  | Clear Configuration Hi, My firm is looking to put in a 3rd party fax solution (Genifax) that will be linked through an internatl pri. Is it possible for the 11c 25.4 to determine if it is a fax or voice call and route it accordinly, ex. A fax comes in on 1234 and it is routed to the pri with did digits 1234. but if it is voice it is sent to dn 1234. Thanks, Shawn | ||||||||
