M3904 with KBA

I am attempting to add a kba (add on module) to a M3904 rls 3 and the kba keys just flash. I have added 1 to the kba programming and added keys from 32 to 53. Running rls 25.40 on the PBX. It is a new M3904 and kba. Need Help!

The TNB looks normal. Had you tried to use the KBA unit to other M3904 unit? Or rather the other way around (if you have another KBA with you). Maybe check the connection under the base if it is really fitted enough. Also perhaps do firmware download the M3904 in LD 32 (FDLU tn).
