Call Pilot Crashed

We have an Meridian Option 81 and our Call Pilot Crashed. we could not get it to sync back-up with the PBX. We rebuilt the server and can still not get the system back-up. we do manage our Voicemail boxes and the receptionist console through the Call Pilot.

Do you have any suggestions as to why we can not get this to come back in service?

How about other options for VoiceMail and the receptionist console?

This is frustrating.

Have you done anything recently to the call pilot like an upgrade? Do you have symposium? And what exactly do you mean it will not come back into service

What server platform are you running?
I have had a couple of 201i's this year with hard drive problems.

you said you cant get it to sync. when you start up callpilot you will get connection messages on the pbx dumb term

If you dont.. I would check your ELAN hub or switch.. make sure it has power
