Two Analog phones keep ringing

I have an Option 11C with two Clarity C200 amplified analog phones

You can view the phones in question at adiband.com/C200.bmp

My Problem is, they will continue to ring once transfered too until someone picks it up, or, until the caller hangs up. I have listened to it ring for up to five minutes... patient caller!

Is there a way to return the call to the Attendant after the standard RDO or CFNA? I am continuing to learn about the Meridian System. Really an IT Guy.

Thanks...

Add FNA to the CLS. Set FDN to attendant DN.

If the Attendant is transfering the call, it should recall if not answered.

Check your RTIM in the CDB ATT data block.

Default is RTIM 30 30 30. Recalls in 30 seconds.

The calls are being transfered from a M2250 Console, Right?

Actually it's a 3940 with two expansions. I'll review both message settings.

Thanks

This is a problem. I know on Release 25.40, I had a customer that purchased a third party Attendant Console that used M2616 emulation.

Nortel had to build a special patch for this to work.

I'm not sure if this has been added in later release.

You may be stuck with CFNA.
