Either way I would check if keys are on the same buttons (trans/conference/ect). Since a change was done on the PBX, it's a PBX issue, however, chantmaster may be correct. You might have to update the Polycomm. Arethe PBX peps up to date? Is it a 4.00T or 4.50W? Need more answers and need answers from Polycomm. | ||||||||

Location: New York New York Rep Power: 6 Gender: Country: | from what i remember. the polys are supposed to be built as a 2616, a 3903 will work but it you wont have all the functionality. from the top of my head im trying to remember.. key 0 is dn key 3 trn and key 6 ao6? i will verify today there is no firmware download to the set. __________________ Excuse me Sir. Location: Midwest Rep Power: 4 Gender: Country: | There is really not much different between 4.0 and 25.xx. At least not that much that should kill you Polycomm. If you TN is set up as a 2616 and is program correctly, it looks like a Polycomm issue to me. I will assume that the 2616's are crossconnected to the PolyComm directly. If I'm wrong and you are using sets with/without data adaptors, then you might have a problem. | ||||||||

telcomat...poly does not see pbx and pbx not recognizing polycom or the pass thru 3903.
