Does Access port for Symposium need to be Full Voice port ? If so, what happens if I configure a basic port as an Access port, it don't works or I lose some functionnality ?
Thanks.

PENN. VENDORS

I believe that access ports have to full service.
I also think that they told me that in Symposium school.

I am not sure what will happen if you dont, and we may not want to know...

Symposium

Do either of you know how to connect the access link from the Meridian Mail to the switch? My company recently got a better (Opt 61C upgrade from 11C) PBX and I can finally use access to record my messages. However, SCCS expertise from my vendor is hard to come by and I don't know all the cabling/connector needs to go from MerMail to Symposium.

Thanks!
